This shit Is amazing, best bed I’ve ever owned

The bed frames cost too much. It shouldn't cost twice the amount of the bed. But the bed is comfy

I honestly can't say enough good things about this product and the people that work at this company. Every single part of the buying experience has been positive.

Pulling the trigger and deciding to actually buy the bed was a little nerve wracking since I was buying it without trying it, but the bed is SO comfortable and spacious. I tell my husband every single night "Oh my god I love our bed".

The creation/shipping process was smooth and as expected and their communication at each phase was top notch. I never had to wonder what was going on or reach out for updates.

Getting the bed set up was a breeze. You just open it, and enjoy!

And finally, customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced with mattress shopping. I worked with an absolute angel, Elise, who got back to me lightening fast and was only ever solution focused. She made me feel valued and made it her priority to help fix our issue.

Seriously, if you're unsure about trying the mattress, I totally get it, I was nervous too, but I hope this little review gives you some reassurance on the whole process. Now, especially after working with Elise and seeing how they treat their customers, I don't think I'll ever buy a mattress from another company ever again.

This is hands down the best bed I've ever owned. I got the firm royale, and been sleeping so much better than in my previous beds. I highly recommend the firm, as it's still "soft" but offers a ton of support. Most people want a soft bed, because who wants to sleep in a "hard" bed. The thing is, your muscles and joints need support if you're going to be there for 8 hours. Plus, you can always make a firm bed softer by putting a pillow topper on it. But you can't make a soft bed more firm. This bed is huge! I'm 6'4" 220 pounds and it fits me and my wife great. My feet always hung off the edge of our king bed. I do not like the sheets... especially for the cost. Very scratchy... Hopefully the bamboo sheets will be a lot better. But that's a lot of money to replace the sheets I just purchased... the bed was super easy to set up (went with the platform frame), albeit very heavy. I set it up by myself, but I recommend having at least 1 other person help you move it so you don't hurt yourself. Highly recommend!

I just ordered a Royale bed and took advantage of the. However, I later had some concerns (2nd guessing myself on firmness level). I contacted customer service via email and they responded almost immediately! We had a few email exchanges and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ended up telling a family member about the experience and now they're also looking to get a bed. You just can't beat good customer service! Although I haven't received the bed yet, I know it will be awesome. I'll post an update when I receive it. I went with a firm bed due to the medium level dipping into the soft range (i.e. 5) according to the softness scale. I like a medium-firm bed and they said I made the right choice. You can make a firm bed softer but you can't really make a soft bed more firm.
